1.Cook the noodles in boiling water for 5 mins
2.Drain the hot water and rinsed it with cold water
3.Mix a spoon of oil and half masala with the noodles
4.Heat oil and fry mustard, onion, curry leaves, green chilies, cabbage, carrots, beans and remaining Masala. Then mix the cooked noodles
5.Nutritious e-Millet Noodles ready now.
